Reporting to the technical manager, you are fully responsible of administration and technical support of our B2B applications; you will also be involved in the development of extensions to the existing software or of new products.

Administration includes:
• Database: restore plans, clean-up and reporting
• Application: monitoring, configuration, certificate management, conversion scripts, PLCs remote maintenance, release strategy
• System & Network: to a lesser extent, system, network and security administration are also part of your responsibilities

Technical support includes:
• First line help desk: in direct contact with the customers, you give pertinent technical advises, and fix the submitted issues
• On-site support (occasional)

Development includes:
• Design, code and test new functionalities
• Project member of new products developments
• Project member of any customer project

• Graduate with a degree in computer science or electrical engineering, 1 or 2 years experience in a similar position would be appreciated
• Fluent in English, and a good knowledge of 2 languages amongst the following: French, Deutsch, Spanish and German
• Like to help people, friendly, strong telephone and e-mail writing skills. Able to communicate with different type of users
• Autonomous, solution oriented, good problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, windows and web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript, …) is a significant advantage.
• Experience in the following domains is welcome: J2EE, XML, XSLT, EDI data transfer (EDIFACT, X12, OFTP, …).
